If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your purchase simply return the item(s) within 15 days from date shipped, with receipt. We do require that you call us first for an RA# (for returns & repairs). Your refund will be mailed or credited back to your account minus shipping and handling costs.
Wholesale: TOP
For first time buyers there is a $2,500.00 minimum order. Anything after that is $350.00.
Custom Orders: TOP
If you are interested in having us create a custom design, please contact us at holly@hollylauren.com. For any special requests such as a different length or color, email us with the name and what you would like changed. We will respond with an answer via email within 24 hours.
Repairs: TOP
Please send wrapped/insured with $10 check to Holly Lauren for For UPS shipping costs. Repairs will be made free of charge for 90 days from purchase date.
Website orders TOP
All jewelry is designed when your website order is placed. We ask that you allow 2 to 3 weeks before you receive your order. We will contact you if there is any problems.
